This agreement is a legal contract between you and Xuanfeng VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, and using the mobile network acceleration application (referred to as the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy or modify the App or related trademarks without authorization, extract source code through reverse engineering, translate App text, or create derivative versions. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service operations, we may adjust features or service fees, and fee-related changes will be communicated within a reasonable scope. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. Jailbreaking or rooting a device may cause App errors or increase security risks.

The Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. While using the Service, you may also be subject to those partners' respective terms of service.

Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for inability to use the service caused by device arrears, data limits, poor signal, carrier restrictions, or similar user-side conditions. When using mobile data, your carrier may charge data fees. If you enable roaming outside your country of origin, any resulting roaming charges are your responsibility.

Users are responsible for their use of the Service. If access fails due to device battery depletion, system errors, or third-party platform changes, it is not covered by compensation. Although we work to keep route information accurate, some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from that information. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to download and install the latest version when required. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the App service within a reasonable scope.
